VARCITIES is an ambitious and holistic project. We set the target to advance innovation across different urban scales, by fully exploiting nature-based solutions from a digital, social and cultural perspective.

Our Project Coordinator Denia Kolokotsa (Technical University of Crete) attended the Special Session “Digital Infrastructure for Smart Services and Public Value”, organised by ISOCARP Institute as part of the 56th ISOCARP World Planning Congress “Post-Oil City. Planning for Urban Green Deals“.  Denia presented the vision of the project and some of the smart solutions which will be implemented in our Pilot Cities.
